Abstract

This double-blind, randomized study evaluated the short-term effects of bioinformatics-based wellness devices (“biopatches”) on fatigue, sleep quality, stress, energy levels, and markers of rejuvenation in adult users. Twenty-nine participants (aged 25–72) were assigned to either an active treatment group (n = 19) or a placebo control (n = 10) and used their assigned devices day and night over a 7-day period. Outcomes were assessed via validated questionnaires covering chronic fatigue, sleep quality, stress, quality of life, and  related symptoms both before and after the intervention.
